Meet The Founder

Jessica Romanov is the founder of Elara Wellness LLC and SnowFall Animal Communication, two heart-centered practices dedicated to supporting healing, connection, and compassionate care for both humans and animals throughout every stage of life's journey.

With more than two decades of experience in behavioral and mental health, Jessica has worked with individuals of all ages in diverse clinical, educational, and community settings. Her professional foundation is rooted in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and practical, evidence-based strategies that empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence.

In addition to her clinical background, Jessica has spent much of her adult life studying and practicing energy healing, intuitive development, and holistic wellness. She integrates these approaches through a whole-person perspective, recognizing that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected and that true healing often involves caring for all three.

As an End-of-Life (Death) Doula and a member of the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance, Jessica also provides compassionate, non-medical support to individuals and families navigating one of life's most profound transitions. Having personally walked alongside both humans and beloved animals through the dying process many times, she understands that death is not simply an ending; it is a deeply personal experience that deserves dignity, presence, and compassion. Regardless of an individual's beliefs, Jessica believes everyone deserves to feel supported, heard, and cared for during this sacred time. Through connection, understanding, and gentle guidance, even the most painful experiences can become opportunities for love, meaning, and peace.

Through Elara Wellness, Jessica combines evidence-informed practices with intuitive energy work and end-of-life care to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space for healing, personal growth, and meaningful transition. Through SnowFall Animal Communication, she extends that same compassionate connection to animals and their caregivers, helping strengthen the bond between humans and their companions through deeper understanding, insight, communication, and end-of-life support.

Jessica's work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing people; it is about creating space for them to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and feel supported through every season of life. Whether someone is seeking emotional wellness, spiritual connection, guidance through grief, or compassionate support at the end of life, Jessica is committed to meeting each person and family with authenticity, respect, and unwavering compassion.
